All items are made and ready to ship per our shipping policy which may be viewed below.
All items will ship within 7-14 business days. Business days are classified as Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. The standard time frame is 7-14 business days; however, we always try to get orders out within 24 hours. We are closed for New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas and any postal holidays.
We ship all orders in the United States through USPS First-Class mail from Missouri.
You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. This email is sent to the email associated with your Paypal account in which you used to make your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery time nor lost or stolen packages after your order has left our local post office.
We adhere to Paypal policies regarding buyer and seller agreement. You must have a Paypal confirmed address. We will NOT ship to any address other than the confirmed address associated with Paypal. We will NOT mark your items as a "gift."
Newborns/Children vary in all shapes and sizes. Please note that Brandi Ann Boutique cannot assure that every item will fit every baby the same. Many professional photographers and Brandi Ann Boutique have worked together to create our measurements for bonnets, pants, wraps and headbands.
